Free Shipping on orders over €100 excluding VAT.
Must be a single carton order with a maximum weight of 30kg and within Ireland only.
Orders under €100 excluding VAT: A delivery charge of €8 will apply to orders within Ireland only.
Pallet Orders: €59 plus VAT pallet charge will apply.
Some of our products are bulky, fragile or heavy. As such, some items may be subject to additional delivery charges. If this is the case, we will contact you before shipping to advise any additional charges that may arise and will not ship your order without your approval.
Estimated delivery times:
Items ordered before 2pm will be dispatched on the same day.
Items ordered outside of working hours will be processed on the next working day
Customer Satisfaction is at the forefront of our business, and we will endeavour to always fulfil that commitment to you. From time to time a product may be ordered in error, the size may be unsuitable or there may be a fault that we were unaware of. If this happens you can return your item to us.
How does the returns process work?
If for any reason you no longer require your goods, or you have ordered an incorrect item by mistake we will offer a full refund or exchange within 28 days of purchase if the item is returned to us in its original condition and packaging. to inform us.
Damaged item(s) must be reported to us within 5 business days of receipt by contacting us at 01 8363377 or email@example.com.
We will deliver a replacement once we have received and inspected the original item. If you need the replacement item sooner, we can create a second order, charge your credit card. Once the original damaged item(s) is received and inspected we will credit your account. We appreciate your cooperation and patience through this process.
All deliveries must be inspected before signing for receipt. Failure to do so may invalidate any future warranty or carriage claim. Signed as 'Unchecked' or 'Unexamined' is not acceptable. If there are any signs of damage to the consignment, then you must sign as 'Damaged'. Alternatively, the delivery can be refused and the sender notified immediately. If you receive goods which have been damaged in transit then please repackage them immediately and notify us.
Perenco Ltd reserves the right to refuse any item returned, that is deemed to have been used, damaged or worn for any reason other than being a genuine fault.
